Makes: 12 balls
Ingredients
- ½ cup Chocolate Complete
- ½ cup medjool dates, pits removed
- ½ cup rolled oats
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- ½ cup chopped pecans
- ½ cup dried cranberries
- 1 tbsp nut butter of choice
- Freeze-dried raspberries (optional for coating)
Directions
- Blend all ingredients in a blender or food processor until a dough forms.
- If the dough is too dry, add a little more nut butter or water.
- Roll into balls.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- Optional: Roll in crushed freeze-dried raspberries for a festive coating.
