You can cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your Juice Plus+ account and clicking on ‘Subscriptions’ in the navigation panel.
You’ll see options for:

  • View Card Subscriptions
  • View ACH Debit Subscriptions
  • View Bank Transfer Subscriptions

Once you locate the subscription you wish to cancel under the relevant section, and provided it is fully paid, you will see the option to cancel it.

Alternatively, you can call 1-800-347-6350 or email at [email protected] to cancel your subscription.

You can initiate a return by following the instructions provided in our returns portal
online or by contacting our Service Center.

We can only process returns for items that have shipped. Orders not physically delivered cannot be submitted through this portal.

To be eligible for a refund, the full product must be returned. This includes all items originally shipped with the order, such as
any free gifts, promotional items or bonus products received as part of the
purchase.
