These Terms and Conditions of Sale ("T&Cs of Sale") govern all purchases made through juiceplus.com, including general orders and subscriptions. By placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not place an order.
1. General Orders
1.1 Order Acceptance
- Any order received by Juice Plus+ is accepted at its sole discretion.
- The order is confirmed when you receive a confirmation email from Juice Plus+ and/or when you receive the products ordered.
1.2 Payment Options
- You may choose to pay for your order in full at the time of purchase or, if available, in four (4) monthly or monthly installments.
- Juice Plus+ reserves the right to refuse installment payments.
1.3 Changing or Canceling Orders
- Once an order is submitted, it cannot be changed on the website.
- You can make changes to the timing of your shipment or cancel an order in your Customer Account or by contacting the Juice Plus+ Customer Service Center at [email protected] or 1-800-347-6350 before the order is shipped.
1.4 Product Availability
- All products are subject to availability.
- Juice Plus+ reserves the right to limit quantities, reject orders, or discontinue products without notice. If an order cannot be fulfilled, you will be reimbursed.
1.5 Managing Your Orders
- You can manage your order activity through your personal Customer Account on juiceplus.com.
1.6 Assignment to Independent Partners
- If you purchase directly from juiceplus.com, you may be assigned to a local independent partner who can assist with product information and customer service.
2. Subscription Program
2.1 Definition
- Juice Plus+ offers a subscription program where customers receive automatic shipments of products every four (4) months or every month (depending on the product and serving size selected).
- By enrolling in the subscription program, you agree to receive automatic shipments of products on a recurring basis until you cancel.
- You can elect to pay for your subscription with one payment every four (4) months or, if available, in monthly installments.
2.2 Enrolling in the Subscription Program
- To enroll, select the subscription option during checkout and provide your payment information.
· Before enrolling, you will be presented with all material terms of the subscription, including: (1) the frequency of shipments, (2) the option to pay once every four (4) months or once a month (where available), (3) the total amount you will be charged, and (4) how to cancel an order.
- By confirming your order, you provide express consent to the subscription terms.
- Upon enrollment, you will receive a confirmation email that includes all subscription terms and instructions on how to cancel.
2.3 Billing and Payment
- For the subscription program, you will be charged for your product shipment according to the choice you have made, either once every four months or once a month.
- The charge will be processed on the same day of the month, corresponding to the day you enrolled, unless otherwise specified.
- You authorize Juice Plus+ to charge your payment method on file for each shipment.
2.4 Cancellation
- You have the right to cancel your subscription at any time.
- To cancel, log into your Customer Account on juiceplus.com and follow the cancellation instructions. Cancellation requests must be received before the next shipment is processed to avoid being charged for that shipment.
- If you are unable to cancel online, you may contact the Juice Plus+ Customer Service Team at [email protected] or 1-800-347-6350.
- Cancellation does not affect any shipments already processed or charged. Any outstanding payments owing at the time of cancelation will be collected at their appointed time during the original payment schedule.
2.5 Subscription Reminder
- Juice Plus+ will send you a reminder about your subscription before your next shipment, including information on how to cancel.
2.6 Changes to Terms
- Juice Plus+ reserves the right to modify these terms at any time.
- If we make material changes, we will provide you with advance notice (at least 30 days) via email or in-app notification and explain how the changes affect your subscription.
- You may cancel your subscription if you do not agree to the changes.
3. Returns Policy
3.1 General Returns
- Juice Plus+ is proud of the quality of its products and certifies that the products meet high regulatory standards for consumer use.
- You may return the product within six months of the ship date for a full refund. All products must be unopened and resaleable. Refunds will be issued within 30 days of Juice Plus+ receiving the product.
- If part of a bundle is returned, Juice Plus+ reserves the right to issue a refund based on the discounted bundle price of the returned item(s), rather than the full price.
3.3 Refunds
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase.
4. Governing Law
- These T&Cs of Sale are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee.
- However, Juice Plus+ will comply with applicable state laws, including those of California, where stricter consumer protection laws apply.
5. Notices
- Any notices required under these T&Cs of Sale will be sent to the email address provided during account creation or order placement.
- You are responsible for keeping your contact information up to date.
· If there is something wrong with your order, please email Juice Plus+ Customer Service Team at [email protected] or 1-800-347-6350 as soon as possible and we will do what we can to fix it for you. Depending on the circumstances, we might ask you to return the products to us, issue a refund or send replacement products.
6. Entire Agreement
- These T&Cs of Sale, along with any other applicable policies (e.g., Privacy Policy), constitute the entire agreement between you and Juice Plus+ regarding your purchases.
