This smoothie is packed with antioxidants, fiber, and immune-supporting ingredients! Blend with coconut oil or MCT oil for extra benefits, and if using frozen berries, blitz well. For a fun, kid-friendly twist, freeze into popsicle molds - try adding whole blueberries for a delicious surprise!

Ingredients    

+  150 g Mixed Berries or Acai

8 fl oz cold filtered water

+ 1 sachet/scoop of Juice Plus Complete Dutch Chocolate

+  20g Ceremonial Cacao Rocks 

+ 5g Chia Seeds

  

Directions  

  1.  It's super-easy, just add all ingredients to the Blender and blitz until well combined.
