    Healthy daily treat

    Almost 2 years ago I gave up sugary drinks like soda and dessert. It was a really hard transition and one thing that majorly helped me was adding this in instead. Every single day, I look forward to my one luminate drink. It taste so good to me. I crave it. I do feel more joyful and centered when I drink it as well. But I think the best thing is getting to drink something that tastes good and actually has good nutrients for the body.

    I love the effect Luminate has on my brain. It works so much better!!
