Ingredients
Biscuit base:

Berry mousse (middle layer):

+ 1/2 cup silken tofu
+ 1 scoop Juice Plus Perform
+ 1-2 tbsp maple syrup (to taste)
+ 1 tsp vanilla extract
Chocolate topping (top layer):
+ 1/2 cup Cacao Rocks
+ 1/4 cup almond milk (or plant-based milk of choice)
+ 1 tbsp maple syrup (optional for sweetness)
Directions
Prepare the biscuit base:

Combine the crushed biscuits and melted butter in a mixing bowl until the mixture resembles wet sand.

Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of serving glasses or dessert jars to create an even layer.

Place the glasses in the refrigerator to chill while you prepare the other layers.
Make the berry mousse:

Blend the frozen berries, silken tofu, Juice Plus Perform, maple syrup, and vanilla extract in a high-speed blender until smooth and creamy.

Adjust the sweetness with additional maple syrup if needed.

Prepare the chocolate topping:
