Strawberry Overnight Oats

Introduction

 

If mornings feel rushed, Strawberry Overnight Oats are about to become your new best friend. By spending just five minutes the evening before, you will wake up to a chilled, creamy jar of oats that is already infused with the sweet flavor of Juice Plus+ Strawberry Complete. Chia seeds add omega-3s and a pudding-like texture, while fresh strawberries on top make every spoonful feel like a treat. 

Ingredients 

  • ¼ cup gluten-free old-fashioned rolled oats 

  • ¾ cup unsweetened almond milk 

  • 1 tsp chia seeds 

  • 1 tsp maple syrup 

  • 2 tsp Juice Plus+ Strawberry Complete 

  • Fresh strawberries, sliced (for topping)

    Directions  

    1. Add the rolled oats to a mason jar or airtight container. 

    1. Stir in the chia seeds and maple syrup. 

    1. Add 2 tsp of Juice Plus+ Strawberry Complete and mix well to combine. 

    1. Pour over ¾ cup almond milk and stir everything together until well combined. 

    1. Cover and refrigerate overnight. 

    1. Top with sliced fresh strawberries just before serving and enjoy cold. 

    Pro Tip: Swap almond milk for full-fat coconut milk for an extra-creamy texture. You can also layer the oats between spoonfuls of dairy-free yogurt for a parfait effect.
