Dr. Mitra Ray is a scientist, educator, and international health advocate with over 30 years of experience in biochemistry, neuroscience, and nutritional science. She earned her PhD in Biochemistry from Stanford University and completed a postdoctoral fellowship at the University of Washington, where she focused on the biophysics of motor proteins and advanced microscopy techniques.

Dr. Ray has published research in leading scientific journals, taught neuroscience and biochemistry at the university level, and has served as an advisor on major clinical and observational studies in nutrition and family health.
