Pecan Chocolate Energy Balls

Ingredients
- 1 serving Juice Plus+ Complete Chocolate Shake Powder
- 1 cup gluten-free oats
- 1 cup pecan halves
- 2 tbsp hemp seeds
- 1/2 cup almond butter
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1 tbsp plain coconut milk
- 1/2 cup dairy-free
- dark chocolate chips
Directions
Add the oats, pecans, and hemp seeds to a food processor. Blend until the mixture resembles bread crumbs. Add the Complete shake powder and blend until combined.
Add the almond butter, maple syrup, and coconut milk, and mix until a slightly sticky dough forms. Fold in the chocolate chips.
Roll the dough into approximately two-inch balls. You can eat them as is or refrigerate them for 15 minutes to firm up.
