Ingredients
- 1 2/3 cups almond milk
- 1/3 cup almond butter
- 200 g gluten-free oats
- 2 servings Juice Plus+ Complete Chocolate Shake Powder
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp sea salt
- 1/2 cup dairy-free
- dark chocolate chips
Directions
Preheat the oven to 350ºF and line a pan or deep baking tray with parchment paper.
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the milk and almond butter until smooth. Fold in the remaining ingredients, mixing well to combine.
Transfer the mixture to the pan and bake for 30 minutes until firm and lightly golden.
Allow to cool and then cut into 6 slices and enjoy!
